Welcome to Cancer Care 24 (“we”, “us”, “our”), a cancer-focused medical tourism and patient facilitation service based in New Delhi, India. These terms apply when you visit cancertreatmentinindia.com, send us your details or reports, or use any service we arrange for you. Please read them with our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

1. What we are, and what we are not

We are a facilitator. We help you find oncologists and hospitals, arrange a review of your reports, share estimates and organise appointments, visa invitation letters, travel, accommodation and interpreters. We are not a hospital, clinic or doctor, and we do not diagnose, treat or prescribe.

Nothing on this website is medical advice. Your diagnosis and treatment plan always come from the doctor who examines you. In a medical emergency, contact your local emergency services immediately.

2. Information on the website

• Pages about hospitals, doctors and treatments are for general information. We take care to keep them accurate, but details such as availability, fees, accreditation, equipment and doctors’ positions can change, and we cannot promise that every entry is complete or current.
• Listing a hospital or doctor is not an endorsement or a guarantee of any result.
• Articles and guides are general and may not apply to your situation.
• Please confirm important details with the hospital or doctor before you make decisions or travel.

3. Our services and costs

• Reviewing your reports, sharing a specialist opinion and giving an indicative estimate is offered at no charge and without any obligation to proceed.
• Estimates are indicative. The final plan and cost depend on the doctor’s examination, the tests done and how your treatment goes, and they can change.
• Hospital bills, medicines, tests, travel, visa fees and accommodation are separate from any service we provide. If we charge for a service, we will tell you in writing before you commit.
• Payments for treatment are made to the hospital under its own billing terms, unless we tell you otherwise in writing.

4. No guarantees

Medical outcomes vary from person to person, and nobody can promise a result for cancer treatment. We do not guarantee any outcome, waiting time, appointment date or cost. The decision to grant a visa rests with the authorities, so we cannot guarantee that a visa will be approved. We help you prepare the documents; we do not control the decision.

5. What we ask of you

• Give us accurate, complete and up-to-date information and reports. Incomplete or wrong information can lead to unsuitable advice.
• Use the website lawfully and only for yourself or for a patient you are authorised to act for.
• Keep any links, passwords or documents we share with you private.
• Follow your doctor’s instructions and the hospital’s rules during treatment.

6. Reports and personal information

When you send us reports or details, you allow us to share them with the specialists, hospitals and coordinators who need them to review your case or arrange your care. We handle your information as described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Third-party hospitals, doctors and providers

Treatment, accommodation, transport and similar services are provided by independent third parties under their own terms. They are responsible for the quality and safety of the services they provide. We are not liable for their acts or omissions, but we will help you raise any concern with them.

8. Prohibited use

Please do not misuse the website. For example, do not try to gain unauthorised access, upload harmful code, send false enquiries, copy the site’s data in bulk, or use it to harass or mislead anyone.
