Who we are

A medical tourism partner dedicated to cancer care

Cancer Care 24 is a cancer-focused medical tourism and patient facilitation service based in New Delhi, India. We help patients access treatment at India’s leading cancer hospitals, coordinating everything from the first enquiry and specialist selection to travel, admission, recovery and follow-up.

Most families who write to us have a diagnosis, a folder of reports and no simple way to find out what treatment in India would involve: which oncologist handles their cancer, which hospital has the right unit, what it is likely to cost and how long it takes. Closing that gap is the whole of what we do.

We are not a hospital or a clinic. Your diagnosis and treatment plan come from the oncologist who examines you. What we bring is everything around that — knowing whom to approach, getting your reports reviewed, putting the estimate in writing, preparing the visa paperwork and being reachable when plans change at short notice.

Our vision

That a family anywhere in the world can weigh a cancer treatment decision in India with the same clarity as a family living ten minutes from the hospital — the same access to an oncologist’s opinion, the same understanding of the cost, and the same idea of what happens next.

Our mission

To take the paperwork, the phone calls and the guesswork off a family already dealing with a cancer diagnosis. We find the specialists whose field matches the case, put the options side by side in writing, and stay reachable from the first message to the last follow-up.

How we work

Five steps from reports to recovery

  1. You send your reports

Biopsy, PET-CT or MRI scans, blood tests and any treatment summary — on WhatsApp or by email, whichever is easier.

  2. Specialists review your case

We put your reports in front of the oncologists whose field matches your diagnosis, so you can compare more than one opinion.

  3. Treatment plan & written estimate

You get hospital options and an indicative cost in writing, with what it does and does not include. No obligation to proceed.

  4. Visa, travel & arrival

Medical visa invitation letter, airport pickup, a stay near the hospital and an interpreter if you need one.

  5. Care that continues at home

The same coordinator stays with you through treatment, discharge and follow-up consultations after you return home.

Our promise

What we are, and what we are not

A free first opinion

Reviewing your reports and sharing an expert opinion and treatment estimate costs you nothing and carries no obligation.

Facilitators, not clinicians

Your diagnosis and treatment plan always come from the treating oncologist. Nothing on this site is medical advice.

No promised outcomes

Anyone who guarantees a result for cancer should worry you. What we promise is that you see the options and costs before you commit.

Your reports stay confidential

They go only to the specialists and hospitals reviewing your case, and nowhere else.

FAQs

Questions patients ask us

Is the first opinion really free?

Yes. Sending your reports and receiving an expert opinion and an indicative treatment estimate costs nothing and carries no obligation to travel or proceed.

Can I get a second opinion without travelling to India?

Yes. Reports can be reviewed remotely, and for many patients that is the sensible first step. It tells you whether travelling is worth it before you spend anything on a flight or visa.

Which cancers and hospitals do you cover?

Our treatments page lists 21 cancer treatments, and the directory covers 165 hospitals and 558 cancer specialists across 9 cities. If what you need is not listed, ask us — the site shows what is documented, not the limit of what we can arrange.

Do you arrange the medical visa?

We arrange the hospital’s visa invitation letter and guide you through the e-Medical Visa application. The decision rests with the embassy, so nobody can guarantee a visa — be wary of anyone who does.

Will someone help me after I arrive?

Yes. A coordinator meets you, helps with admission, appointments, local SIM, accommodation and interpreters, and stays reachable 24×7 during your stay.

What happens after treatment is finished?

You keep the same coordinator. We arrange follow-up consultations with the team that treated you and help get your reports and prescriptions to your doctor at home.
